COULD ALSO EASILY BE USED AS AN INSIDE DECORATIVE PIECE. § QUESTIONS – It is impossible to be an expert on every item we list with the variety we sell. Unless otherwise stated, all items in our auctions are either vintage or used, which means they have a history and are probably not 100% perfect. We do our best to report any problems or flaws that we see, but may miss something of importance to you. We do realize that opinions on the condition of an item can vary depending on the person who is looking at it. That is why we are depending on you to ask specific questions if we don't give enough detail, or to correct us if we make a mistake. Measurements, sizes & weights are approximate and stated in normal U.S.A. accepted standards of measurement. If you are uncertain, or unable to fulfill the transaction in any way, PLEASE DO NOT BID. § PAYMENT - For international purchases we only accept payment via Pay-Pal. On Domestic purchases we prefer Pay-Pal but will also accept USPS Money Orders. If paying via money order please let us know via email, so we will know when to expect payment. (We do not accept personal checks under any circumstances). Payment is due within 7 calendar days of the end of the auction unless other arrangements are made. If we do not receive payment within that time, we will report it as an “Unpaid Transaction†in E-bay. Bidding is a binding contract to buy. As with any auction you would visit in person, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse. We reserve the right to refuse to take a bid from anyone with a negative or private (hidden) rating. § SHIPPING – The USPS has significantly raised their rates (which now depend on the size of the package, as well as the weight & distance). In addition, we charge a handling fee of $2.50 (included in the shipping amount) to cover the cost of purchasing packing supplies and dropping off the packages to the USPS, UPS, or Fed-Ex. If you feel that the shipping charges shown on the listing are unreasonable, please contact us so we can check to be sure properly stated. Otherwise, Do Not Bid on the item. o Please be aware that shipping fees are never refundable as they are paid to the USPS. o We ALWAYS combine shipping for multiple purchases (if purchased within 24 hours of each other). We cannot combine if purchases are more than one day apart as we ship every day. We do not prepackage our items before the end of auction. Therefore, please wait until we send combined invoice if you have purchased multiple items before making payment. o Insurance purchase is optional. However, if you do not purchase insurance, you assume all risks. We will not be responsible for lost, broken or stolen packages once they leave our home if you do not purchase insurance. o We usually ship within two days of cleared receipt of payment. If you have special needs, please let us know & we will try to accommodate. o Please Note* We no longer offer Parcel Post as a shipping option for our auctions. E-bay has instituted stringent guidelines for DSR's (Detailed Sellers Ratings) on sellers in feedback. We have no control over time for delivery, and the parcel post packages receive much rougher handling making them more susceptible to damage. Therefore, we do not want to subject ourselves to poor ratings because of the inefficiency of the USPS. § ABOUT US – We have developed an Excellent Sellers record with E-bay & have no plans of destroying the reputation we have built, so BID WITH CONFIDENCE. We depend on your positive feedback as it assures us you have received the item and everything is satisfactory.
