Beautiful silver bowl 6" wide by 1 1/4" tall is marked Gorham with 3 hallmarks, Sterling 336. Weighs about 3.2 ounces on a postal scale (2.7 troy oz) which equals nearly $49 in scrap value alone. Excellent condition with only a tiny pin point ding on the underside. With sterling silver prices escalating, lovely vintage pieces like this have unfortunately been snapped up for scrap. As a result, sterling pieces are becoming more and more rare.This lovely sterling piece will be mailed promptly after receipt of payment (or check has cleared) and will be sent priority mail. I have several other sterling pieces in separate auctions and will discount shipping if purchased togehter. Insurance is optional but highly recommended to guarantee safe delivery. No reserve.
