lynndack Store Vintage Postcard Curvilinear organic Art Nouveau style gold embossed edge. Decorated with green holly leaves with red holly berries. In the centre is a winters scene of a windmill and barn covered in snow. Underneath the winters scene are the words and poem:- Good Luck at Christmas Xmas is here The pleasure's mine To wish you Joy This Xmas time No 1141 Transcription of handwriting on back of postcard: To Emily from Mother Date: circa 1900 Size: 5.5" x 3.5" This is ONE of SEVERAL postcards that I am selling separately on my site - some are scenes from Britain and others are of the British Army in India in the 19th and 20th Centuries. There is a diagonal crease at the back of the bottom left hand corner of the postcard - the crease is only at the back of the card and is NOT on the front of the card.
