j2b2rocks store Graveyard Point Plume Agate Rough, 12.8 lbs. This rock is from the remaining inventory of the Brandt Stone Co. of Nampa, Idaho, which we purchased in 2003. Mr. Ed Brandt mined this rock mostly in the 60’s and 70’s, but Mr. Brandt passed away in 1982. Mr. Brandt was a trained geologist who discovered and mined several claims in the Eastern Oregon, Northern Nevada, and the Western Idaho areas. We have rock from the Brandt Collection from Graveyard Point (Pink Plume), (including rock from the original Regency Rose claim), several Owyhee jaspers, Willow Creek Jasper, Bruneau Jasper, Piaute Dendritic Agate, and lots more. We are not professional photographers but all pictures are taken new each week to show you the exact lot that we are selling and we try to bring you clear crisp pictures. Sometimes that is not always possible. All pictures are shown wet unless otherwise noted. We believe that we have a very high quality of rock from the old collections that we buy. However, we can not be held responsible for what is in a raw rock. No one really knows but the cutter. We always hope our customers get a high grade piece of material but unfortunately rocks being what they are that doesn't always happen. We hope your Ebay experience with us is a very pleasant one. Good luck and good shopping. We usually start our auctions at $5.00 to $7.00 per item whether the item is worth $5.00 or $100.00. We believe that in most cases the Ebay system will bring you to a correct price. The only time this is not true is when we are bringing you a new rock that we have paid considerably more for then $5.00. In those cases we usually start the bid within (below or above) dollars of what we paid for the rock. We will gladly combine shipping on multiple items and/or allow you to take several weeks to fill your box. Please do not pay until an invoice is issued. You must email us if you are going to wait a week. We use the flat rate priority mailbox for shipping. The cost will be $10.00 per box. We can get about 20 lbs in a box depending upon the size and shape of the rock. This should save you greatly on shipping cost. For international shipments, the only way that we will ship is via the flat rate priority box. The cost for Canada is $25.00 and the cost for all others is $40.00.
