This set comes complete with 4 rocks, oil, instructions and all tools and pieces need to get the most complete and thorough angle on our blade. Lansky developed a unique system with their kits so that you use the same angle every time you slide your blade across the rock. Each rock is designed to increase the sharpness with each swipe. This kit is 100% complete and works great. I'm simply selling due to I don't need two kits. I paid over 30 dollars for this kit a few years back.
