Lula Belle "Happiness is Tea Time" Plaque. This adorable ceramic plaque has a picture frame backing, which means you can hang it on the wall or sit it on something for display. The plaque is outlined in light blue with white polka dots. The background is yellow with red cherries and inside the circle are two ladybugs having tea.
