Publisher: Frank Tousey Place of Publication: New York the following lot contains 113 different liberty boys of 76 from 1914-1918. i have these books in my collection for over twenty years. it is now time to sell them to someone who will be able to better display them in their home,office,museum,historical socity,etc. these books come from a smoke-free home are in remarkable condition for being almost one hundred years ols, especially since they are made out of the newprint of the day. approx 60% of the books are in great shape with no tears,writing,creases or chipping. 20% are in okay shape with some slight chipping, some slight pencil markings, some slight creasing and some light dog-eared pages, the other 20% are in filler shape, which means they have some writing, some teras, some creases, and some chipping. all in all a very cool lot of historical items. the covers are all vibrant and bright and once these books are matted and framed they will enhance any and all surroundings. i also have a complete 64 issue set of the 1899 pulp dime magazine stroy of deadwood dick in remarkable condition. i will also be listing someweeklys western issues soon. the list is as follows: 718-723,724-729,730-735,736-741,742-747,748-753,754-759,760-765,766-771,772-777,778-783,784-789,791-793,795-797,798-802,804-806,809-811,812-815,894,897-899,907-910,911-916,918-922 please email me with any questions. i have seen these books sell seperately for an avergae of 25.00 each. i am listing this with a very fair reserve of about an avergae of 2.25 per book or so. good luck to all.
