This is a nice photocopy reprint, with comb binding, of the 104 page M1 Rifle manual, updated as of 1947. The title is "Ordnance Maintenance U.S. Rifles, Cal .30, M1, M1C (Sniper's) and M1D (Snipers). It supercedes previous manuals of 1942,43, 44 and 45. There are 10 chapters covering inspection, Tools, General Maintenance, Barrel & Reciever, Trigger Housing, Stock and Handguards, Equipment, Function Firing and Final Inspection and Malfunctions and Corrections. It is profusely illustrated, and should include just about everything you need to know about maintenance and repair of these arms. Buyer to pay $4 S&H anywhere in US or Canada.
