This is the 1936 Marx Popeye which is among the top 5 all time collectible wind-up toys. Popeye and Brutus are celluloid figures who box,spin and at knock down ring the bell. The box is missing part of the bottom flap but the graphics are typical Popeye and friends. The key has it's original string and it's wind slot. Celluloid Popeye has a tear in his left leg but Brutus is undamaged. The winding spring is tight.The bottom has never been removed. There is a small rust area on the bottom which is illustrated in the photos. I was never able to up-grade as I could not find another affordable toy with the original box in better working condition.
