This auction is for a 30 count Matchbook from The New York Delicatessen, New York City. The matchbook is in great condition since I have had it put away since eating at this establishment back in 1986. It has a beautiful Art Deco Design, as if I remember, the restaurant was quite Deco too! Matchbook produced by Lion Match Company of New York. I Googled this restaurant and saw that it is now out of business. Shelley's Steakhouse now is in this location at 104 West 57th St. Buyer must contact us within 3 days of sale end.
