BRAND NEW, NEVER USED OR HUNG, as a matter of fact we pulled off the blue protective covering for the pic. The pic does not do justice to this item. VERY COOL with lot's of detail. A TRUE BEER COLLECTIBLE. However it was sitting around unprotected and does have a small crack on the right side as you can see in the pic. On a scale of 1 to 10 and 10 being the best I would rate it a 9. Frame it and you won't even see it. This is what some mirrors are made out of and this one can actually be used to make box light up signs, or use as is. Do you have a bar or rec room? Decorate in style. This sign is approx. 24" x 48".
