I will gladly refund your items purchase amount, if the item has been grossly mispresented. The buyer will pay all shipping charges to and from my location.Unless other arrangements have been made. The item must be returned in the same condition as received. I have always tried to ship the cheapest way possible to my buyers my shipping methods will be Priority or Regular mail, Parcel Post or Media mail, whichever applies. I do NOT overcharge on shipping. And sometimes you will receive a lightweight box from me, depending on the item. I find most boxes are heavier than the item itself. If it is 13 ounces or less, it will be shipped First Class, otherwise you may have your choice of Priority or Parel Post. Books, videos will be sent either First Class or media whichever is less. I like to pack the items, so that they will arrive safely. Sometimes the shipping costs are more because of it. But you only pay what was quoted. If it is over, then I absorb the loss. If shipping costs are actually a lot less than quoted, you will receive a shipping refund of the difference. If I have to purchase special boxes or envelopes, I may charge a small handling fee. The items I sell usually are not big priced items, so I have to control costs when I can. Thanks for understanding.
