The drafting head has PA-20 on it. One rail measures 44 3/4" long, and the other one measures 41 1/4" long. It does have some scratches from use. Winning bidder to pay USPS or FedEx shipping. I do not use UPS. I will be happy to give you an estimate on shipping, but PLEASE remember it is an estimate only. PLEASE DO NO PAY UNTIL SHIPPING HAS BEEN FIGURED.
