Estate sales, wholesalers, antique shops, private consignment, and live auctions, are just a few venues we use to acquire our merchandise. We try our best to test our electronics and disclose any issues, if we find any. Sometimes we don't have the means to test some items, and we will let you know that as well. As honest and forthcoming as we try to be, inevitably there are always people we come across that we simply cannot please, no matter how hard we try. We ask that you give us a fair chance to make you happy, and not attack us with email calling us names or claiming we are inept if you are not happy with your merchandise. We start our auctions at a really low price to let the market determine the value, rather than our opinion. I am not in this business to take advantage or "dupe" anyone. If there is a flaw in the item, I will tell you. I will describe my items to the best of my ability and do so as honestly as possible, but I am human and do make mistakes. If you receive an item, and you are not happy, give me a chance to make it right before leaving negative feedback, let's keep the communication open. Returns: All items are sold AS/IS. As stated above, I do my best to describe each item accurately and honestly. Returns are reviewed on a case by case basis. If a return is granted, buyer is responsible for shipping the item back and original shipping and handling will not be refunded. Only original purchase price will be refunded. Combined shipping: I am happy to combine shipping, as this saves both you and me money. Turn Around Time: All orders are processed daily and are shipped within 24 hours of payment receipt. If there is a problem or delay, you will be notified via email stating the issue. FAQ Can you end your auction early? Unfortunately, we cannot. We chose eBay as an outlet to sell our merchandise precisely because of the auction format. Once an item is posted, it will run for the full duration of its allotted time. We sell many item on consignment, and this method will determine the items fair market value. Can you change a standard auction to a "Buy It Now" sale?From time to time, we will have a Buy it Now format, but we will not convert it over to one once the auction has listed. Do you ship internationally?Certain items are shipped internationally. Larger, bulkier items cannot be shipped internationally due to cost. Check the listing for details and availability. Do you accept checks and money orders?Yes we do! We actually prefer checks, cashiers checks and money orders over Paypal because we do not pay fees on those items. However, currently we still accept PayPal, but we are looking for an alternative online payment system. We do not hold checks until clearance before shipping out products. We have found that most people purchase in good faith and until we have a major issue, we will ship in good faith as well. Can you send additional photos?We would be happy to supplement listing information with any other details you request. Contact us with the specific information you are requesting and we will provide it promptly, be sure to include an email address where we can send photos or other information. What does "Sold As/Is" mean?We cannot test every single function of an item to make sure it works 100%. Beyond that, the buyer assumes the risk for any functional problems, and these items cannot be returned. Please take this into consideration BEFORE bidding. Do you combine shipping?In most cases we can combine shipping for similar items of a certain size, purchased at the same time. What is your refund policy?We will issue a refund if you receive an item that is substantially "not as described" in the listing. Please contact us if you are dissatisfied with your item and we will evaluate the claim. Items must be returned to us and in the same condition in which it was shipped. Refunds are processed within one week following receipt of the returned item. NOTE: Items sold "AS-IS" are NOT returnable. Do you post feedback?We are happy to leave positive feedback when the transaction is complete and feedback from the buyer is posted.
