An original 1930's-1940's Neumann/Telefunken Microphone base complete with original armoured cable and connector.This is an original base with connector for the legendary Neumann CMV3 / Telefunken ELA M 301 / 302 / 303 "bottle" style valve/tube condenser microphones.I have not seen one with this cable before, it is sheathed in a protective woven metal armoured cable which is very heavy, probably a military version, when I bought it I was told it had been brought back to the UK from Berlin by a British soldier at the end of the war.These mics are still in use today and considered by many to be superior to it's successor, the Neumann / Telefunken U47.All complete and in excellent original condition, this has been tried with a CMV-3 and it works fine.Collection from London SW9 welcome, or carefully packed for shipping anywhere.Unfortunately this item weighs over 2 Kg unpacked, which is too heavy for overseas Airmail post , it will need to be sent via courier which is more expensive.UK Postage & packing £9.00 (special delivery next day)Shipping to Europe via Courier £25Shipping to US and Asia etc. via Courier £40Shipping to Asia via courier £60Trustworthy and friendly seller on ebay since 2002 - see feedback. _gsrx_vers_235 (GS 5.0.2 (235))
