Original British Hannover Kings German Legion Campaign Medal for the Napoleonic Wars. A very good example of this rare Medal for 1814 Hannoverian Volunteers for the War against Napoleonic France, still on its Original Ribbon. The Medal reads 'KONIGLICH DEUTSCHE LEGION' (Royal German Legion) and 'TAPFER UND TREU' which roughly translates to for Bravery and Loyalty.
