This glossy publicity photo measures 4 1/2" X 6 1/2" and is in good condition. It shows Sir Hubert Wilkins, Lady Wilkins, and Ruth Elder (right to left in the photo) in a studio of some sort presumably during an interview. Sir Hubert Wilkins (1888-1958) was an Australian explorer and aviator. He was on Stefansson's Arctic expedition 1913-16, served as navigator on a flight from England to Australia in 1919, and was on Shackleton's Antarctic expedition 1921-22.
