Tibbets w/ LARGE PICTURE OF THIS CVR. BELOW.    At age 90, Paul W. Tibbets Jr. has trouble walking and hearing. But his memory of the historic event that signaled the ending of World War II is clear. And his opinions about the wisdom of dropping an atomic bomb on the Japanese city of Hiroshima on Aug. 6, 1945, are as clear and uncompromising as ever. "I don't have the least regret," Tibbets said. "I'd do it again." Tibbets, an ace pilot who was 31 at the time he piloted the B-29 Enola Gay (named in honor of his mother) and delivered the bomb, is in Houston on a tour commemorating the approaching 60th anniversary of the bombing and the end of World War II.                                             IN MEMORY OF BRIG. GEN. PAUL W. TIBBETS
