Stitching: Done by hand with expert small stitches Quilting: Done by hand. In case you can't tell the quilting is done in a rose vine also, just like the applique yellow roses. It adds that special touch! Batting: Cotton Thickness: Thin to medium. Back: White cotton like the front. Repairs needed: Two very small ones pictured in the 8th and 9th pictures, simply stitch them up with a needle and thread and no one will ever know they were there but you. Wearing thin: None Spots: Yes, seen in the last 3 pictures. It should wash up easily (I have not washed it). Measurements: 71" x 87" Its a beautiful piece of American History, well worth your investment.
