"I.W. Rice & Co. Inc." sticker on the bottom..see image. Someone must have used it for powder because it still has that sweet powdery smell in it. Approximately 3 3/4" in diameter & 3 1/2" high. Nice condition. The little rose handle has some small chips..see image & also a tiny chip along the lid's edge..see image.
