First off this is NOT a light I just didn't know what to list it as.It would however be pretty easy to make into a light if you wanted, as the rod that goes down thru it is hollow so you could run a cord thru it and put a light fixture on it.It does hang from the ceiling like a light would.The chain is about 6' long and heavy duty enough to support a light.It is about 13-1/2" high and 14" across.It is made from plastic.It is in nice condition except that there is white paint specks on it,one side is worse than the other,I am not sure if they will come off with something but I did not want to try anything stronger than soap and water.They are not that noticable when it is hanging but they are pretty apparent when it is down on a table.Other than that it is pretty nice with just a few scratches and some wear on the crome areas around the 4 Pabst Blue Ribbon signs.Thanks for looking
