This is a pair (2) of tankards commemorating 600 years of Bristol as a British county. Both tankards are exactly the same. They are primarily ivory in color with gold trim. They are both clearly marked "RWL LONDON" on the bottom. On the front of the tankard is a full color image (see photos below) and the words: "BRISTOL 600 1373 - 1973 600 YEARS A COUNTY BY ROYAL CHARTER". On the back there is a brief paragraph telling about the history of Bristol which I've shown in a close-up photo below... All I know about their history is that they belonged to my Nana who lived in England... Measure: approx. 4" high x 3.5" in diameter at the bottom... Condition: Both tankards do show some crazing and one mug has a rough spot on the back which I tried to show in a close-up photo below. But overall they are in good condition. No wear to image or wording, no cracks or chips and they are clean. Now, the boring "TERMS" stuff... but PLEASE read!
