This novelty advertising brass mini lighter is from the Tropical Acres Restaurant, which once operated in Pompano Beach Fla. There use to be four of these restaurants in the early 50’s to mid 70’s with only one reminding today in Diana Fla. The bottom of the lighter is marked MINTX Japan. The advertisement on the lighter reads “Tropical Acres Restaurants†and its measures 1 3/8†tall. Its original box displays age ware and is marked on the back with a sticker in the shape of a rocket with the words “Jet Line Japanâ€. I presume this was the supplier of the box. The lighter is in unused vintage condition as seen in the photo provided. SEQ CHAPTER \h \r 1The winning bidder will pay $7.25 for S/H and Insurance with USPS delivery confirmation.
