Primitive Country Check Birdhouse A great accent piece for your garden decor both indoors or out on the patio or porch. This chunky wood birdhouse is handmade and painted in a forest green with black check border on sides and front. Has a weathered galvanized tin roof and a heart shaped cut out for the hole opening. Great to display on a shelf with other garden themed items like old tin watering cans or tin pails. Base measures 4 1/2" x 4", height is 4 1/2" to pitch of roof. Has an old nail as a perch. Because the opening is small, I would consider this birdhouse as decorative but if you want to hang it outdoors or in a tree, a little bird might want to call it home in the heat of the Summer.
