No Reserve. Made by the Ralph P Wilton Co of Columbia, Pa., USA PLOUGH emblem-logo is embossed in the back of plate along with maker's hallmarks and the Wilton-Armetale RWP paper pamphlet. The raised lettering all around outside rim is done in black and stands-out very nicely. The ornate center design is also raised giving a 3-D effect. Please see all pictures!
