Shells this grand are extremely rare. This one measures 9x7 inches. They don't come much bigger than this as most are farm-raised today. The inside is a vibrant rainbow iridescense. The outside is an extreme red/pink. Note we wet the outside in one picture above to enhance the true beauty of this particular shell. Free from barnacle and scale, this shell has been partially cleaned. No cracks at all. One tiny chip on the outside lip and another chip on the inside where there looks like a pearl was forming. This does not detract from the rarity and beauty of this specimen. Note that this is the exact shell you will receive unlike other sales where generic photos are used. A true beauty.
