I'm not sure but I think this may be a Salesman Sample of an old Clothers Wringer. It is made of brass I think and under the legs is Made in England with some numbers I can't make out. Very good condition. There is a hand Crank on the side but it is stationery. Measures 2 3/4" high x 1 1/2" wide not including the Crank.
