"OLD PALI LOOKOUT" Island of Oahu A FINE ART REPRODUCTION BY Gary Reed Hand Signed By the Artist OLD PALI LOOKOUT is an Offset Lithograph reproduction of an oil on canvas painted in 1993 by island artist Gary Reed. Mr. Reed, a long time resident of the Waianae Coast of Oahu has traveled extensively through the islands capturing and complimenting some of Hawaii’s most breathtaking vistas. The completed sheet size measures 22 1/4" x 38" with an image area of 15 1/4" x 33 1/4". The print is new, presented with a glossy finish on substantial weight stock with the artist’s signature appearing in the plate, lower left corner and Mr. Reed has also hand signed a second time in black marker. "The cliff face above marks the spot where, in 1795, some 300 O'ahu warriors who had been defeated by Kamehameh's army, either jumped or were pushed. Archaeologists are still finding bones at the base.
