This auction is for a VERY NICE ORIGINAL NICKEL SILVER VIETNAM WAR 17 JUN 1966 POW MIA LCDR PAUL E. GALANTI BRACELET. The bracelet is marked Nickel Silver on the inside. It has a Blue sticker with white star on the bracelet. I have owned this bracelet since the early 1970's. PAUL GALANTI is very well known and was on the cover of newsweek magazine on 02/26/76. He served in the US Navy flying 97 missions in a A-4 Skyhawk and was shot down in North Vietnam on 17 June 1966. He was released on Feb. 12, 1973 after 6+ years of captivity. a very nice piece of American History dedicated to one of America's Hero's. If you have any question please email me before you bid.
