This green and white printed postcard c.1910 produced in Japan shows an animated view of the Cavenagh Bridge, a suspension bridge opened in 1870, over the Singapore River, linking the Civic District to the Commercial District; the bridge remains today but is restricted to pedestrian traffic. The card is unused. Item is in very good condition with a light surface bend in the upper left corner.
