Lift the lid and the sides open like flower petals, each with 10 colorful spools of thread strapped in place. At the center, is a hollow "stem" filled with needles and pins and features a pretty blossom cover. The underside of the lid has a built-in pincushion & holds a pair of sewing scissors. All this & it's just 4" x 4" x 4 1/2" for compact storage. This is a VERY PRETTY, sturdy & UNUSUAL gift for Grandma, or for anyone else; including yourself who loves to sew, who wants to keep all their sewing needs/supplies together especially if travelling is involved.
