SHIPPING: Shipping rate is calculated by the weight, box size and your zip code, plus a $2.00 handling fee, unless otherwise stated. We do our best to package your items securely. We use a combination of new & recycled materials. Fragile items are packaged in fresh straw. If you would prefer your item not be packaged in straw, please let us know @ the time you make payment. We will gladly package your item straw free. We combine shipping when possible to save you money. If you win more than one item, please wait for us to send your invoice, so we can adjust it according. If you fail to wait for the invoice, you void the offer of combined shipping savings. Insurance is optional, but always recommended. we cannot and will not be held responsible for an item once it leaves our possession. Should the need arise we will help you file your claim with the post office. The post office will only reimburse for sale amount. Under no circumstances will shipping costs ever be reimbursed. The post office does not consider an item "lost" until after 30 days, so a reimbursement claim cannot be filed until then. Damaged goods needs to be taken to your local post office with all of the packing materials, so PLEASE DON’T THROW AWAY or you may not be reimbursed. Shipping quotes prior to bidding are always available. Depending on the item, exact or ballpark estimate ($1-$2 high or low) will be given.WE ALWAYS NOTIFY BUYERS WHEN ITEM SHIPS.
