This is a Smokey Bear floor mat produced by Toland Enterprises in 1994 to celebrate Smokey Bear's 50th birthday. Overall it is in near mint condition. It measures about 27" by 18' and has a rubber back for non skid safety. It is heavy duty. It would make a great addition to a Smokey Bear collection. Haven't seen these on EBay at all.
