This is another Smokey Bear Inflatable, vinyl, doll. I do not think he is as tall as the 24" one listed in my old "RFJ" Catalog from 1982. Another reason I think he is shorter is because I have another Smokey Bear in the package that feels a lot heavier and it has a yellow cardboard advertising top on the package. This one is lighter weight and has a green mountain on it's cardboard top. I am all most certain that there are two sizes of these. This item will be sent First Class Mail.
