GERRY ANDERSON DIE-CAST CLASSIC FROM PRODUCT ENTERPRISE Space: 1999 Eagle Transporter, Special Edition Laboratory Eagle from Gerry Anderson Diecast Classic, Product Enterprises Limited and Carlton. Item is new in the box and was acquired from Comic-Con vendor in 2005. The ship is from the 1970s TV series that detailed the adventures of survivors on Moonbase Alpha when Earth's moon was blasted out of orbit by a nuclear explosion. The Eagle was key to the Alphans' survival and was a unique craft able to travel in space as well as enter planetary atmosphere. On the TV show, the center section of this modular craft was interchangeable depending on the task at hand. The model is 11 inches long and 3 inches high and highly detailed.
