Star Trek CCG: Set of (4) Autographed Cards signed by Alexander Siddig The Star Trek Customizable Card Game was released by Decipher Inc. in 1994 based on the popular Star Trek: The Next Generation series. It was followed several years later with cards from other series including Deep Space Nine, Voyager, The Classic Series, and eventually Enterprise. The cards capture numerous images of cast and characters from the shows that would normally not be seen. Thanks to computer imagery, Decipher has pulled some excellent images to use for their cards. The cards shown in the picture below are of Julian Bashir, the Chief Medical Officer aboard Deep Space Nine (of the Deep Space Nine series), and the other one is of him as the Bashir Founder. You're bidding on two different cards, signed in two different methods. Two different cards were signed by him at a Star Trek convention in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania back in August of 2002, hosted by Slanted Fedora Entertainment, and were signed using a black sharpee pen and a silver ink pen across the card under the image of his character. The cards are in mint condition and the signatures are 100% guaranteed authentic. I have sold other Star Trek CCG autographs in the past and these cards are actually the last of a large number I had for auction several years ago. It's amazing what you find when you clean around your house, isn't it??? Be aware, this is the first time in several years that I've posted these kinds of autographed cards on eBay for sale. A recent inspection of eBay's vast Star Trek memorabilia has shown that these kinds of autographs are hard to come by and cards like these are almost non-existent for sale. You're bidding on something truly unique and interesting. Whether as a collector of the Deep Space Nine series, or Star Trek in general, this card is an excellent addition to anyone's collection. Decipher Inc is well known for using some extremely well-placed images of the Star Trek characters for their cards and you're sure to get something special! Second, while I didn't make it a habit of taking a picture of myself with the actor to prove that I was at the convention, I can say that, yes, I did attend the Slanted Fedora convention in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 2002, and yes, I did PERSONALLY hand the cards to Alexander Siddig and watched him sign them in front of me. HOWEVER...knowing that some folks are particular about their autographs, I'll state the following guarantee... If the winning bidder has any question about the autographs, he/she is welcome to have them checked out by a reputable autograph dealer to verify the signature's authenticity.
