This is a Limited Edition Sericel issued in 1994 created by Warner Bros. Animation. "HARE -DO" A Sericel is an image that has been specifically designed for the collector's market and produced utilizing silkscreen techniques. The image is hand inked onto a master cel from which the serigrapher then creates silkscreen lines for the special limited edition. Hand cut screens are created for each of the vibrant colors of the sericel. Upon completion of the silkscreening process, the screens are destroyed. The original artwork will be vaulted in the Warner Bros. Animation archives.
