Thanks for looking... Grouch is in his house, the trash can holding an old shoe. He seems to be in great used condition, see no markings or dates on him. Not sure when he was made? Overall condition is great! Very nice for displaying on a shelf. PLEASE NOTE: We only ship to the continental US...No exceptions!! We accept pay-pal and payment is due with in 7days of auction end. We also accept money orders, which is due with in 10 days of auction end, will ship item after payment is received first.
