This particular lamp DOES have a lighted base. So you will need (2) 60 watt bulbs for the top part of lamp and (1) 15 watt for the base. You have pull chains for the top of lamp and an on-line rotary switch for the base. ALL LAMPS ARE UL LISTED. These are fine quality hand crafted pieces of art. Anytime you make an investment of this sort, you want to make sure the quality is there. I can assure you, it is. I own another lamp, which I would not give up for anything. It was more spectacular in person than the pictures could do it justice. That was my experience with the lamp I bought. This lamp will have a shipping weight of 18 lbs. Sometimes, because these are hand crafted pieces, the colors may vary slightly.....but not enough to even notice. If anything, the colors will be brighter, more vivid, and more beautiful than you saw online. This lamp would retail for $429. But I can make a better deal than that for you. PLEASE READ REFUND POLICY: Any item that arrives damaged/shortages must be made known to me with 3 days after receiving item. You will receive a full refund for any damaged items upon arrival.
