You are looking at a genuine Call Upon Yoda, Pepsi, display piece. I searched ebay before listing and did not see another one of these. NOS (new old stock), no longer in production, whatever survived is out there, everything else is gone. This would make a great addition to any collection and based on the age I would say these are going to be pretty rare. Size is about 6 foot tall and from the photo you can see this guy takes up my whole hallway. This particular piece just wandered out of my attic and was never on display. But, from being moved around may have some signs of wear like bent corners and such so bid accordingly.
