There are creases where item was folded and some very slight tearing on these folds. There are creases and small tears at the edges. There is foxing and spotting on letter. Item is discolored and worn from age. Buyer pays $3.50 for first class or $6.00 for priority shipping which includes delivery confirmation. Out of the USA shipping will also be $6.00.
