This has sat on a shelf, then packed away. It is from Brinn's. I do not know what it is made of but I think ceramic. This is a teddy bear bell. The base almost looks like it is decorated like a cake, in colors of yellow, green, orange and brown. The teddy bear is the handle. He has a yellow and blue night cap on. The clacker is a piece of ceramic on a gold string. There is nothing wrong with this other that dust. Although I don't think this is the most expensive bell ever made, it's cute. It is about 6" high. I will accept money orders, cashiers checks or personal checks but the package will not ship until payment clears my bank. I also accept paypal. I will ship worldwide however the buyer is responsible for shipping and all charges incurred with international shipping. Packages shipped First Class International must be mailed from the post office which may cause a delay in shipping of a couple of days. I will combine shipping.
