Selling a Full box of 36 unopened wax packs. "TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES 2 - The Secret of the OOZE" 1991 Movie Cards from Topps. NOT a "Factory Sealed" box. It is "technically" unopened, but obviously it's been around and not in the best shape, so the top was loose and was taped down. I've no idea what the black mark on top of the box is. Perhaps black marker? The Top and Bottom of the box has evident tears, as if a sticker was pulled off. The tear does not go all the way through the cardboard. The packs themselves look in fine shape.
