This auction is for one NEW paratroopers rigging knife. This knife is new in the box. The knife is used by those who work with parachutes and ropes. Also used by sea men and fishermen who do alot of work with nets and ropes. The spike attachment is great for taking care of those hard tight knots. The spike is used to stick down inside the knot to loosen the rope. The blade has a serrated edge making it very easy to cut ropes and lines, it also had another rope working attachment. Made of durable stainless blades. The knife measures approx. 3.5" when closed. The serrated blade measures 2-3/8" long. The spike measures 2-3/8" long also. Has a metal loop on the end for a lanyard.
