Divorce sale! I collect Limoges boxes and one year my husband bought me this for my birthday. Since he is going to be my ex shortly, I have no reason to hold on to it. This is from the Sanfrancisco Music Box Co. It is a white porcelain birthday cake with lavender, pink and yellow hand painting. The candles on top of the cake are yellow and pink and have a lavendar bow around them. There are pink roses on the top of the cake, and lavender roses around the bottom (just below the hinge). The metal at the hinge is gold, the clasp is a flower that kind of looks like a star or a pointsettia. Inside, there is nothing on the bottom of the box, great place to put a ring or a pair of earrings for someone's birthday. Or you could even fold up some money and put it in. The little thing that winds the music box is inside the top part. It play "happy birthday" perfectly. It is about 3" high and 2" across. Pay pal only. I only ship in the US. No returns.
