SHUMAN, Eleanor. (Died Mar. 7, 1998) One year old survivor of the sinking of the R.M.S. Titanic. She was saved by Collapsible Boat "D" and the R.M. S. Carpathia. Limited edition cover depicting the Titanic steaming away and below a portrait of the Titanic on the ocean bottom. This commemorative was oart of the 1996 Titanic Expedition and was carried on board the M.V. Royal Majesty. Postmarked Boston, Sept. 1, 1996. Stamp states this cover personally signed by Titanic Survivor Eleanor Shuman. She has signed this cover using a black ink pen. Very uncommon as such. We Do not take Pay Pal! We are also authors of three books and numerous signature studies on the subject of autograph collecting. We are the recipient of many autograph awards, contributor to the Sander's Price Guide to Autographs and in 1994 we were voted by members of Compuserve "Philographer of the Year."
