Okay, it didn't sell on the first round, now it is a no reserve auction. Bid on it and own it regardless of price. I want to build something else (The Titanic, of course) and can't do that until I make room by selling this! Have you ever wanted your own Tugboat? Was the real thing was just too big or too expensive? Well, here is your chance to own one without those issues! Do you want to be able to take your children or grandchildren out on the local lake, pond or river and have them be the center of attention? This little tug boat will do that! It holds 3 (1 adult and 2 children or 2 adults comfortably). We took it to the Tug Boat Round-Up in Waterford, NY on September 6, 2008 and it was a big hit! In spite of the rain that day a crowd of people gathered to observe and photograph the launching and maneuvering of this Tugboat. It is a lot of fun – both to have it out on the water and to chat with people about it. When you take this Tugboat out yourself, or with the kids, you will be the hit of the day. This tug boat can be transported in the bed of a pickup truck or on a small utility trailer. It can be lifted by two people (with the battery and motor removed) for launching or can be launched via trailer in the traditional manner. Don’t miss your chance to be the master of your own miniature tug! Features Colors: Hull – black, Superstructure – red (With a white “pinstripe†around the upper edge of the hull.) Construction: Plywood, fiberglass. Hull exterior 100% epoxy coated – interior bottom also epoxied. Drain Plug for quickly draining any water shipped during maneuvers! However, if the bidding goes over $1000 I will include the trolling motor and battery with the boat. If the bidding does not go over $1000 they are available at my cost. Be advised that although this boat is less than a month old, I have had it in the water several times to test it and at the Tugboat Roundup. It does have a few dings and scratches, etc. I will include the remainder of the paint I used to paint it for you to cover up these blemishes. I have not registered the boat here in New York, but I have acquired a Hull Identification Number for it through the State. This is for pick up only I cannot ship this boat.
