Two Small Copper Au Gratin or Escargot Pans Nice patina; good condition. Copper exterior; tin or stainless steelinterior; riveted brass handles. About 4 1/2 wide at the top and 3 1/2 at the bottom, and 1 1/8" deep with 1" x 1 1/4" handles. No markings. Perfect for individual servings of au gratin potatoes or escargot. Found at an estate sale in a barn, and they cleaned up nicely, although they could use a better polish. One of the rivet is loose and needs a drop of solder or super glue.
