This primitive 9" long wooden butter paddle is in very good condition with only minor wear...has no cracks or damage (Estate Item nicely kept). This is in unusual outstanding condition...just some wear scrapes on back rest....very smooth feel with nice patina. It has a simple one piece curved up and graduated handle (of thickest section). These were quite commonly made in the 18th and 19th centuries. The handle definitely has a tiny maker's engraved signature which is hard to make out, but it's there and looks something like "Friad 2". (See 3rd photo- mid section, but clearer in hand) Very collectible and scarce! NO RESERVE. We accept money orders, paypal or certified bank checks. Buyer pays S/H cost of $4.95.
