Every patch is double checked for accuracy and in the appropriate size envelope and securely packaged with the proper amount of postage. We make every effort to insure that your purchase reaches you in the same condition it left us. The USPS is very efficient in getting your bills and junk mail to you. They also do an excellent job in delivering our patches (see our feedback). If you have a concern regarding shipment you can purchase insurance at an additional cost of $1.50 per shipment. We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. The following is added because of a few non-paying bidders: What happens if you don't pay?: We invoice you at the end of your auction(s). If you haven't paid and/or we haven't heard from you by the 6th day after the auction closes, we will send you a reminder invoice. If you haven't paid and/or we haven't heard from you on the 7th day, we will file a non-payment dispute through Ebay and block you from further bidding. If you pay, we will close the dispute, send your item, unblock you and leave positive feedback. By the 14th day, if you have not paid or we have not heard from you regarding payment, we will have no choice but to close the dispute.
